Puppy Foundations

This course is designed for puppies up to 20 weeks to help them build confidence and structure—and to support you along the way! These classes will guide you through the challenges of puppyhood, ensuring you come out the other side (hopefully) with some sanity intact!

Over six fun-filled weeks, you'll train alongside other puppy owners, learning together in a supportive and positive environment.

At Awesome Paws Academy, we believe the key to success is building a strong relationship between you and your pup. They already know how to be a dog—it’s our job to teach them the skills they need to navigate the world with confidence! Our training is based on fun, reward-based learning because a puppy that enjoys training learns faster and engages more!

We use modern, force-free methods, including mark and reward training, to encourage behaviours we love—no fear, no force, just positive reinforcement that sets your pup up for success!

• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If a class is cancelled due to weather/trainer illness, an extra session will be added to the end of term.
• Children are welcome to attend puppy classes, provided they are willing to actively participate in training their dog. If not actively participating, we kindly request that they sit quietly and refrain from disturbing their dog or any other dogs in the class.
