• By booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• You can access them anytime on our website.
• Please also review our Privacy Policy.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Bookings without payment will not be processed.
• If you have difficulty paying, email: [email protected].

• Cancel 7+ days before start = refund minus £5 admin fee.
• Cancel under 7 days = no refund.
• Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].

• One free reschedule is allowed per package.
• Further changes require a new booking and payment.
• Cancellations under 7 days = no refund.

• If your trainer cannot attend, a new date will be offered.
• This is not classed as a cancellation.
• If you decline the alternative date, no refund will be given.

• By booking, you commit to the full course.
• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If a class is cancelled due to weather/trainer illness, an extra session will be added to the end of term.
• Children are welcome to attend puppy classes, provided they are willing to actively participate in training their dog. If not actively participating, we kindly request that they sit quietly and refrain from disturbing their dog or any other dogs in the class.

• Severe weather or other unexpected events may affect sessions.
• If a class can't be held in person, we may offer it remotely via video link.

• Dogs must be microchipped and wear a collar or harness with ID.
• Inform us of any behaviour changes before class.
• Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, flea & worm treated. 
• Let us know if your dog is unwell or recovering from surgery.
• Dogs in season may need adjusted class set-up.

• We may take photos/videos for training and marketing.
• Let us know before your first session if you don’t wish to be included.
• We do not share images with third parties.

• Please bring your own treats.
• Dogs must wear a harness/collar with ID and be on a lead.
• All on-site training equipment belongs to Awesome Paws Academy.
